요한복음 13장 1절

 유월절 전에 예수께서는, 자기가 이 세상을 떠나서 아버지께로 가야 할 때가 된 것을 아시고, 세상에 있는 자기의 사람들을 사랑하시되, 끝까지 사랑하셨다. _새번역성경

  過越の 祭の 前に， イエス は， この 世を 去って 父のみもとに 行くべき 自分の 時がきたことを 知り， 世にいる 自分の 者たちを 愛して， 彼らを 最後まで 愛し 通された．_口語訳

Now before the Feast of the Passover, Jesus knowing that His hour had come that He would depart out of this world to the Father, having loved His own who were in the world, He loved them to the end._NASB  

Just before the Passover Feast, Jesus knew that the time had come to leave this world to go to the Father. Having loved his dear companions, he continued to love them right to the end. _The Message
